Q: What's the difference between all the versions?

• Starter — Single spinner, posts + storage base + extension pieces. Simple setup, no built-in tools.

Q: Do these work with center-pull yarn? No — all spinners are designed for yarn that feeds from the outside of the cake or skein as the post rotates freely. Center-pull is not compatible.

Q: How does the Dual untangle yarn? When you alternate between two yarns, twist builds up over time and causes tangles. Because each spinner rotates independently, the twist releases automatically as you pull — so your yarn unwinds itself between colour changes without you doing a thing.

Q: Can I convert to skein size? The Starter, Dual (Cake & Skein), and Signature all include extension pieces that screw onto the posts to reach skein/hank size. The Dual (Cake only) and Quad use cake-size posts only.

Q: Can the bobbins be used on their own? Yes — the bobbins on the Signature and Signature XL detach and work as portable wrist yarn spinners or spin solo on the center post. Great for travel or smaller projects.
