All orders ship from Caledonia, Ontario, Canada via Canada Post, ChitChats, or USPS, depending on location and speed.

Processing Times:

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking via email once it’s shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Canada: 2–8 business days
• USA: 4–12 business days
• International: 10–21+ business days

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Tracking:

All orders include tracking. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office or delivery depot.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
